Finding someone you can trust to install a new boiler these days can be an absolute minefield. Luckily we managed to avoid those headaches by using East Coast Heating Services. They are what I would call a 'Traditional' family run firm with a good work ethic and where traditional values of good customer service still apply. I was recommended the company by a friend and it is well known that word of mouth can be the best form of advertising; however this depends on the company providing a qualitative service. In the case of East Coast Heating Services I received an excellent service from start to finish.
I was given a prompt visit to obtain a quote for the work and was pleasurably surprised by the helpful nature of the company representative as he highlighted some positives and negatives in relation to my original plans for the central heating. Following the helpful advice of the representative we discussed siting the boiler in a more favourable area of the house and suggested how it would be possible to successfully conceal the vast majority of the piping, which was an added bonus.
I was given a date in February 2010 for installation and the company honoured this, which was important to me as I had organised other tradesmen to undertake their work on the premises and the central heating would be completed on the forecasted date. The agreed work was successfully carried out within the agreed timescale and in addition to this, Paul (senior partner) kindly installed a gas feed for my cooker at no extra cost.
In addition to all the staff I bet being of a friendly and helpfully nature they were clearly competent and tidied up any mess they had made.
Given the cost of the installation and the professional manner in which the work was undertaken I found East Coast Heating Services to be excellent value for money and would have no hesitation in recommending them to fellow customers as I have already forwarded their details onto a number of my friends and relatives.
