New Boiler With A 10 Year Guarantee
Yes its true - a 10 year guarantee is available on all new boiler systems from East Coast Heating Services, including parts and labour.
We were one of the first boiler installers to introduce a six year guarantee on all our boilers that we install. Now, as from January 2011, we are offering a 10 year guarantee on combi-boiler installations. The length of the guarantee (from 6 to 10 years) depends on the type of installation being done but we would also clarify this with you as part of initial no-obligation discussions.
We believe that no other boiler installer is offering this type of guarantee. We have worked hard with boiler manufacturers over the last year to come up with a guarantee that gives our customers peace of mind and the belief in the reliability of the boiler system that we install. The only thing we ask is that we service your boiler each year for the guarantee period.
Our Gas Safe registered engineers are fully qualified to service your boiler and as every engineer is assigned to an area it is more than likely that your service will be carried out by the heating engineer that carried out the installation of your boiler system. The cost of the yearly service is £130, which includes a free safety certificate or a free landlords certificate (if you're renting your property). This is much less cost than a British Gas Service plan.
