Introduction
Gas boiler problems and boiler breakdowns can be frustrating because so much relies on the boiler system working. There can also be the perception that a gas boiler problem is going to cost a fortune, which usually isn’t the case. Our family run business has been providing gas boiler repairs and boiler servicing throughout East Anglia and London since 1975 and numerous homes in Ipswich, Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, and London have used us to repair and maintain their boiler systems. Many of our new customers come from positive recommendations from customers who have experienced the efficiency of our gas boiler engineers to fix their boiler problems.
Assessing your boiler system problems
First of all it’s important to identify the level of the boiler problem. In the first instance we encourage you to contact us to describe the boiler problem you’re having.
If the boiler problem sounds like it can be fixed by something simple that you can do yourself then we’ll advise you of that on the phone or by email – at no cost to you.
If the boiler problem appears to need boiler repairs then we will offer our boiler repair services to you. Nine times out of ten we can identify the gas boiler repair problem by phone or email and can provide a quotation before you commit to us coming to help you. Even then, there is no call out charge.

Boiler servicing
To keep your boiler working safely and efficiently at all times and reduce the risk of breakdowns, gas boiler manufacturers recommend your boiler is serviced every year. Our Gas Safe registered engineers will service your boiler for just £75, which includes a gas safety check.
